Reiki Shoden- Self Healing.
Calling those looking to go deeper within themselves, or begin a journey of change. This is an opportunity to explore Reiki for self-healing over 6 weeks. You will learn about the reiki system, chakra system and have opportunities to practice hands on self healing and meditations.
By learning, connecting and practising over a 6 week period you will have the opportunity to create community with your classmates, and have a support system to build a practise, and go deep with yourself, giving you a tool for life. We will have a WhatsApp group to share our thoughts, experiences and questions throughout the process. You will receive 4 attunements (also known as initiations) to the Reiki practise throughout the course, and we will use the space to discuss, and move through the potent cleansing process that this initiates.
This is a Reiki Level One course combined with series of sharing circles, opportunities to practise, between session support, and online portal of guided exercises, so that you leave with a deep understanding of reiki, its history and a toolbox of reiki and energetic techniques to feel happier, connected and more content.
This six week reiki level one journey will take place in Kemptown, Brighton, East Sussex.

I am offering this course to share the magic of reiki, I have been practising with self-healing for two years; and have experience so many shifts, changes and deeper connection to myself and to joy. I am very grateful for the Reiki energy, and excited to share this with more people.
This course takes place over a longer period of time than some standard one-day workshops as I truly believe in the potency of reiki, and the greater possibilities offered by learning and practising in community over a number of weeks, offering an opportunity to explore, learn and establish a personal practise.

Reiki Course Syllabus
Here is a framework of what we will explore throughout the course, there will be energetic exercises, opportunities to share, meditations and self healing practises included throughout.

Connection and Ceremony
Connect to the group, receive your first attunement in ceremony to connect to the Reiki energy
Learn about the history of reiki, and way of life. Discussing what it means to honour cultural roots and traditions of spiritual practises

Grounded and Protected
This is all about spiritual and energetic hygiene.
Grounding and protecting so that we can have presence, stability and safety within in ourselves

Reiki Level One Course- What’s included?
Included in the Reiki Level One Course:
-6 weeks of group classes exploring Reiki- the history and it’s origins.
-Group size limited to 5 to maintain a welcoming, personal and supportive space.
-4 Reiki attunements into , a Reiki attunement is a massive dose of Reiki energy (sometimes described as the equivalent of 4 Reiki healing treatments), the attunement begins a process of cleansing in the of the energy field and body. It’s an initiation than strengthens your connection to the energy.
-A WhatsApp support group: this is a space for sharing questions, curiosities, and achievements throughout the journey, to seek support, support others and help with developing gentle self development and commitment.
-A reiki manual- detailing all you need to know at Reiki level one, with space for thoughts, notes and journaling about your process.
-Recordings; this has been a favourite element of my past students. You will receive access to recordings of guided self-healings and meditation exercises to help improve your awareness, sensitivity to energy, and for protecting and clearing your own auric field.
