I offer hypnotherapy for anxiety in Brighton or on Zoom, combining evidence based techniques from Cognitive Behavioural hypnotherapy, we will explore the different thinking patterns that might keep you stuck, scared or in overthinking cycle. I combine this with relaxation training, different mindfulness principals and provide hypnosis and other exercises to use at home so that you can see that change in yourself as soon as possible.
